ABOUT TRIAD RESORTS
Triad Resorts, LLC is a a
privately held Nevada limited liability company, focused on the
development of major entertainment and hospitality centers
within
certain destination resort cities throughout the Western U.S. and
selected international markets. The Company's mission is to bring
sustainable economic stimulus to destination communities through
responsibly themed resort developments. The Company's initial project,
the Spanish Bit Resort & Casino, is being developed in the town of Jackpot located
in Elko County, Nevada.
At Triad we target a specific market segment in the hospitality sector that has been largely ignored
by the resort development community and aim to provide amenities in which to
service their needs and values. Our mission is to develop a portfolio
of family oriented, affordable, themed recreational resorts in
communities that are within 2-3 hours driving distance from urban centers.
Typical projects include hotels, condo hotels, timeshares and fractionals, and
themed attractions specific to the respective market.
The name Triad comes from the
Company's unwavering commitment to social
responsibility,
sustainability,
and remaining
focused - the significance of which will go far beyond this simple
