Triad Resorts' vision of
developing themed resorts in remote destination locations such as
Jackpot is predicated upon building sustainable economic stimulus within
communities through development and tourism, thereby providing new jobs
and opportunities previously unavailable. Triad Resorts' vision is
not of the “if we build it they will come” mentality - although we
believe this to be true. Rather, the Company's strategy is

to economic and community development, sustainability and builidng
green, targeting LEED Platinum guidelines on all projects. In

communities to promote clean and renewable energy, be it via wind,
solar, geothermal, or whatever other resources available
