Spanish Bit Resort & Casino Jackpot, Neveda
Currently under development, the Spanish Bit Resort and Casino will feature a 600 room resort, hotel, and spa; a 50,000 square foot full-scale casino, with restaurants and retail; a 40,000 square foot indoor waterpark, with full amenities; a 120,000 square foot events center facility with maximum seating capacity up to 5,000 persons per show that will entertain rodeo, concerts, poker tournaments, and other major events; and an outfitter station that will provide ample outdoor recreational activities.

EcoStay Motel Western US
Currently under development, the EcoStay Motel franchise is a new idea in affordable accommodations. EcoStay will be a true eco-friendly motel franchise both in operation and also in construction. EcoStay Motels will be built using the latest green building technologies and practices, and also feature state of the art security and communications to provide a clean, comfortable, safe, and green stay for guests.
